Assessor is to record observations of two individual training sessions conducted by the candidate in a face to face environment with a learner.

The candidate is to plan and deliver two different 30min training sessions to one individual. As the workplace assessor, use the table below to record observations of the candidate’s performance.
Provide notes to clarify observations where useful, especially where a “No” result is selected. The SpecTraining Assessor will contact you to confirm your observations and notes.
